FS Conversion on a Standard ZX5

Could not find a thread on this so thought i would start one:)
I have spoken to one guy who has done this and reckons it go's pretty well. What are peoples experiences, does it make a big difference compared to the Standard zx5?

Also does anyone know exactly what is included the LAW38 kit i can't find a list anywhere

Cheers

Dave

I can't comment on how it goes as I've no idea.

Included are all the parts needed to convert to an FS bar suspension parts (although a rear shock body is included as it is shorter).

That is

Chassis, gearboxes (which are different), top deck etc
New slipper, driveshafts etc
New motor mount
New Shell

I have a Kit Fs and it goes realy well.

if you want a true FS i would go out and buy one as there is large amount of difference between an RTR and FS spec cars.

I have to echo what Richard is saying. The big step in the ZX5's performance came from the SP suspension update. If your not running that then you'll always be two steps behind. As it's so expensive to do the SP conversion then the FS conversion I'd just buy the FS kit.

Remember even a car converted from an SP won't have the correct rear end geometry or driveshafts unless bought separateely!!!
