B max lipo setup for Grass Needed

Hi all

Has any one got a starting setup for the b max for grass, Running lipo 4800's

Well, seems Tom Yardy won the national at the weekend with the B-MAX4 on a combination of grass and astro. With a bit of luck he may share his setup (he's shared a few already). Looks like he was running the black springs on the front in the outer wishbone hole, and orange (?) springs on the rear, and running a rear bar too.

If Tom does share his setup I wonder what rear wing he is using?

However, that set up had lipo installed. Giving advice for grass running is difficult as I have had very little running on this surface, grass only made up about 20% of the national track at the weekend. When I next run the car on grass I will set it the same, but it is likely that if the track becomes a little dusty, there will be a need to move the front shocks to the inner hole on the wishbone to give a bit more front roll and if grip is very low, possibly longer camber links all round too. Those stated shock settings should be fairly universal across a range of surfaces I think, time will tell.

As for my wing, the wing used at the weekend was an Edit 7" high downforce wing. No real benefit sought from its design, it is just made from a very strong and robust lexan.
