This is a Team Novak NOV3404 Velociti 4.5R Race Tuned Sensored Brushless Motor.
It features a standard 540 size can, so it can be dropped into most 1/10th scale electric cars and trucks. It features Max copper fill for low impedance and high RPM, increased strength Neodymium magnet, and oversized high-torque front bearing. This is for use with Novak Brushless Electronic Speed Controllers (but will not work with the Super Sport & Super Sport + Speed controls).

Second hand, virtually new, only a few minor wear and tear scratches on the motor end bell. Only selling due to not having a low enough turn speedo.
