Big bores on a hyper 7

Are big bores worth putting on a hyper 7? I have 13mm shocks at the mo but have bent a shaft (3.5mm) so was wondering if its worth upgrading. Have seen some hobao ones (not sure of size) on the bay for arond £30 front and rear, would these be a good buy? If not which other brands are worth looking at? Cheers

P.S. If I upgrade should I use a lighter or heavier oil than I am using in the 13mm ones?

If I replace the 3.5mm shaft (rear), I am not sure which one it is as I bought the buggy 2nd hand (hyper pbs) so does anyone know the length of the following parts?

H87369, this is described as a long shaft

H87126, this one is for a tq

Many thanks

hi

you are best of with the Hong Nor big bore either, the 13mm, or 16mm,both are better shocks, by far i have the 13 mm on my hyper 8, and i might have a spare set of shock shafts somewere, for the hyper?let me know what you do, on ebay are some 16mm for sale but them, type in hong nor in the search bar, they will pop up.:)
