b4 gearing help
 

got a b4, speed passion esc and 10.5 motor.
got 23 24 and 26t pinions. kit spur.
which pinion to use? put the 23t on and seems well undergeared.
have read people are using 24/25 with 7.5s so would the 26 be the best option?

I use 25*78 on an 8.5 so I guess you want a 27 or so.

i would at least change the spur to a 78 and a 30 pinion just to start maybe bigger:thumbsup:

cheers. will see what the 26 is like for a quick run, if its not bonkers hot i will buy some more pinions.

Hmmm id rather buy new pinions and spur gear than buy a replacement speedo and motor....

They dont like not being geared incorrectly pal..

sorted. went to change it and i had put a 21 on by mistake, now using a 24 and it seems fine.
Is it correct that a 10.5 is equal to a 19t.
