Setup help cyclone

I have a moorespeed cyclone and am running a front roll bar and a 3deg rear toe in. Car turns in to bends nice but looses rear end grip from the middle of the corner to the end.
I dont know what springs I am running it just as the car came second hand.
I was told to put some spacers under the rear hinge pin blocks will this help?
Last option was just to chuck some lead on the rear. Can anyone give me some advice? Ta SAM

Cyclone

I was having problems with similar handling on my moorespeed and I was advised to put the hardest tyres ( I run foams indoors on carpet) on the front and softer ones on the rear, this has made the car much more stable and great to drive, oh and I also had to upgrade the servo to the fastest I had ( a top of the range savox )

The car is set up as it came second hand and im new to touring so dont know spring weights etc. I will check shock positions etc when i get home but from memory. . .
3deg toe block rear
1.5deg toe block front
no spacers under anything front + rear
middle wishbone hole - shock bottoms
med roll bar front
about 0.5/1deg camber rear
load of camber front ( this was less but i found by putting loads on car was better probably due to only inside of tyre is in contact even in corners)
3 or 4 holes in from outside of tower - front and rear top shock mount position

Used car indoors on a cork/rubber type surface with rubber 27 and with foams and on tarmac with rubber 24 - same problem, back end looses grip from middle to exit of corner - maybe im too heavy on the sticks??

First of all I would suggest rebuilding the car to the kit setup, or a recommended setup for your type of track from the HB website. It sounds like the previous owner had changed quite a few things. While you are at it go over the whole car to make sure there is no hidden damage or binding parts.

That will be a much better basis to start from.
