Proline Dirt Hawgs are VERY good for hard wearing taremac type use, available from our website if you want some......

Just to give feedback after a month of use or so...

Absolutely top service from DMS(got them in less than 48h on my desk)

They are really thick (great) BUT *really* soft (softest compound I have seen to date, yellow proline is a lot softer than yellow schum!).

So they do ware out quick still

Any other suggestion to try for tarmac ?

Try any of the Schumacher Road and Track tyres. Harder then the Prolines, so less grip but harder wearing.

Can you still get Tamiya Supergripper tyres? (like was supplied with the hotshot). I think my set lasted me two years

Would "old skool" tyres like them fit on todays modern 2.2" rims though?

Nah, they won't.
