Cheers

Here is the pictures that I have sent to Team Magic. They have offered to send a new buckle and handle but as its this bit that has broke and the handle and buckle are fine their offer is not much help.

The person answering my emails is Elsa

Can you tell me how you get on with CML?

My bag is less than 10 months old but as my misses bought it for me as a pressent she doesnt have the name of the shop.

Cheers Dan, I will do.

I guess I need to take pictures of mine to send to TM.

The plastic part that holds the handle to the rest of the hauler has snapped on mine. And the stitching for the clip that the top strap clips into let go....

The stitching came undone on my first one too and the handle was dodgy.

Not really magic in my eyes

I thought modellers was resourceful?

Just get a needle and thread, albeit a big needle and thread.

it would less time then it does to make a boat load of phone calls
