Ball Bearings for Diff

Hi

I managed to open my diff and loose some of the tiny ball bearings (Thrust bearings i think they are called) and am now a couple down:thumbdown:. Will need to order some, but I have read lots of threads about the Kyosho diff balls being a bit soft, are the smaller kyosho Thrust bearings ok?

Cheers

Dave

The thrust bearings are as good a quality as any others.

Some people like to use carbide / ceramic thrust bearings but to be honest they are not necessary for the thrusts.

I would recomend changing the main 3/32" diff balls thought, an improvement can be found there! I've got Kyosho ceramics in the RB5 and an other brand in the ZX5-FS.

Hope that helps
