neo09 - pre report

oOple is at the neo09 1/8th buggy race - reporting semi-live over the four day event which starts tomorrow, Friday the 10th April 2009. So far it's been a day of meeting new and old faces and seeing one or two hardcore racers preparing their cars before practice starts tomorrow. Most of the preparation seemed to concern the Electric cars which are a new 'guest' class at this years event - with everything from cutting down motor shafts to finding the right connectors to power these beasts.

Be sure to check in again over the next few days where we'll have the best photos and most entertaining report around by our small team of 10 dedicated reporters and supporters.

For chat about the neorace - check out the 'official' thread, HERE

Vicky oople was definitely TQ in the bar - but Ben Jemison was looking to bump and possible take over until time was called. Awesome- sadly all the foreign types were long in bed and the last 2 in there were cragg and bradders - no staff! just those two with free reign!!!
