Savox servo in a B4

What mounts do you use?

Mike Hudson 09-04-2009 05:23 PM

associated plastic or alloy servo mounts with no spacers at all, I got plastic mounts in mine and it fits perfect with a very small gap at the back of it

Which horn are you using?

Mike Hudson 09-04-2009 05:27 PM

associated futaba horn  tight squeeze but they do fit very well

Not pushing hard enough then I assume :(

I used a flat headed screw driver to push mine in place.

The one from the Savox package, I thought about that, but managed to get the futaba on..

Just got problems with batteries self ignigting :( NIMH - brand new cheap battery sat in the car on my desk last night.

It went very hot and then slowly cooled down :( Taking it back to the shop tomorrow. Only got it as I am waiting on my Orion batteries... It's an 1800 just to get the car running at home.
