How Fast is DMS!!!!!!

Ordered some paint Yesterday @ 5.20pm and got it delivered to my door this morning! Top quality, thanks DMS.

Bloody hell that is good, fingers crossed for my stuff then. Getting frustrated with other bits and pieces being out of stock with other suppliers before I knew about DMS..

So may cancel and re-order from them.

Got a car 3 weeks ago, but just taking an age for other required bits to turn up.

not always, i'm waiting on an order that was dispatched 5 days ago, but its probably Royal Mails fault, not DMS.

eeek hope the in-efficient crap postal force get it right. Sorry fed up with my local mail place closing for collections of missed deliveries at 14:00 on a weekday. Just 100% crap

DMS always been very quick with postage with all the parts I've ordered from them apart from bits which havn't been in stock that i've had to wait a week or so for but thats not their fault as they are so popular! Keep the excellent service up Darren :)

Thanks for the kind words guys!!!

We try our best as we are sure most shops do and most times it all goes according to plan, not always, but most of the time.

By carrying fairly high levels of stock for the ranges that we do helps us to get stuff out from our shelves rather than wait for suppliers to get it to us first, which saves LOTS of time on the deliveries, but as has already been said, if we run out of somthing (popular or rare lines) we are then at the mercy of the supply chain and of course once the goods leave us we rely heavily on Royal Mail to do their job too (which somtimes is a BIG ask)....

Arrived today, i'll put it down to Royal Mail being slow during the Easter hols, not DMS.

DMS are rapid in delivering as well as calling back. Very helpful and professional.

I HATE the Royal Mail, probably explains why some of my stuff turns and the a few days later the rest does.

I've found DMS super fast at sending things out as well. Been ordering a constant stream of stuff from them over the last few weeks. Got a bit delayed at easter as well, but I think that was probably royal mail's fault :)
