Either of the 2wd's. XXX likely to be very stable, the B4 more edgy (potentially faster).

I say these over both the 4wd's as the 13.5 will be fine for 2wd but a bit pedestrian for a 4wd.

B4 easy to set up and more chance of getting spares track side

Medders 07-04-2009 08:15 AM

Agreed, b4 is a good option for ease of set-up, spares and simple to maintain. Usually plenty of good ones on the second hand market as well.

With a 13.5 turn in a 4wd everyone would fly past you at the beginning of the straight rather than the end :lol:

plus with a b4 when you get bored of it you can convert it the x6

Kinda beginning to look like the B4 then... I'm sort of glad as it was starting to be my choice too! :thumbsup:

What sort of wind will max out the B4 chassis BTW? (one for the Future this...)

:lol::lol::lol::thumbsup:

I've actually just found a novak 10.5 in mi box that I'd forgot about!!! :woot: result!!!!

I'm gonna use that in it for starters... forget the 13.5!!!! :drool:

A B4 with a 10.5 will be very sensible and good start round Batley. Make sure you buy yellow minispike tyres and medium inserts for it though, often people come down with kit tyres which will be TOSS.
