Shumacher full spikes needed!
Ive been ringing around trying to find shumacher yellow full spikes but sadly nobody has any.:( D'oh!....... anyone know anybody who can supply them?
thanks |
Peter at Castle Models has loads - I think they are 2 inch? Not sure if they made them in 2.2?
Yellow? Not blue?
Eh?
If you mean me, then yes, Peter had a bucket load of Yellow full spikes - not sure if he had only rears, I think he had a box of each tbh but I was there for mini spikes not full's |
No, i mean ive never used yellows, only blues and i have only used them on super wet/muddy grass.
Yellows are probably just as good as blues on wet grass tbh - but I've heard they are the best tyre on polished floor, not sure how true that is as I've only ever run them on grass.
Spot on Jimmy, they are for polished floor at Faversham, great for a bit of sideways action!. Exellent ill give him a try. Thanks for your help:thumbsup:
Fairy muff, just thought id ask :D
Andy at PBM racing has them in stock. 2.2" ones in yellow compound.
Model World Maidstone has some
Cheers chaps! thats cracking grommit!
I've always prefered the 2" front tyre, gives a flatter profile on the rim and more sidebite when indoors on polished wood.
