Hyper PBS help

Am after a bit of help with my PBS, have found that the pbs system is notchy and sometimes seizes/locks up, any ideas on how to prevent this?, dont want to use grease/oil as when mixed with dirt/dust will make a nice grinding paste!!! I am considering changing the pbs system to tq/pro spec and removing the piviot balls altogether.

loosen the pillow ball nut an 1/8th of a turn so tere is a little more play in it.

Have been offered a good deal on the parts required to covert the pbs set up to what I now know is called the c-hub set up, any views on this? My line of thinking is that the c-hub set up will be easeir to set up and clean as it wont need to be compleatly stripped down altering the settings when maintaining as the pbs set up does. Or am I missing the benifits of the pbs set up?

pbs can feel better thru the rutty corners, but c hub is easier to setup...just make sure you threadlock the kingpins inplace, and if you can get the cnc knuckles then even better as the cast ones tend to break easy enough.

Would it be a worth while conversion then? as the c-hub parts seam to be more readily available

if your having problems with the pbs then yes.
