rc10t4 truck help

can anyone tell me what gearing is should have with an 87 spur using an x11 5.5 bonded with a sphere 2007 comp esc.

I'm not 100% with the motor being bonded but I'd start around the 15/16t point and go from there keeping an eye on heat :)
