WILL A LRP SPHERE TC FIT INTO A B4
Hello,
could you help me....will a LRP Sphere TC speed controller fit a B4 ok??? Thanks Chris |
you could probably fit 3 in!
really....Thanks!
dont think it does, i think its to high with the fan on top.
i took the fan of the nosram istc and double sided it to the chassis next to the speedo. It then fitted with a j concepts shell:thumbsup:
yes it fits fine as i used to run one when i ran LRP
I am confused now!!!!! is it advisable to have a fan....and what turn of motor is best for a B4
Chris |
id go for a 7.5 motor
do you think i need a speed controller with a fan??
not in the 2wd, buuuuut, if you ever want to put it into the 4 then it is better to have one than not;)
7.5 should be good:thumbsup: |
ok...thanks for your help!
Why do most use sphere comp in B4 and the TC Spec in B44??
because the b44 is a 4wd car which uses more power therefore generates more heat on the esc and motor and the lrp sphere tc spec comes with a fan which keeps the esc abit cooler and also fits under the shell with no problem but won't fit in a b4 unless you take the fan off as it wont fit under the shell on most 2wd cars and in all honesty the majorty of people don't run fans in 2wd cars as the car doesnt generate as much heat as 4wd and i've personally never got my esc hot enough for it to need a fan so most just buy the sphere comp as this doesnt have a fan so fits easily in 2wd cars or get the tc spec and remove the fan or mount the fan on its side infront of the esc if theres enough room,
