Just went to install the latest firmware onto my mates speedo and i cant seem to get any response from the esc? ive uninstalled the old steup program and installed the newer one, also tried a different reciever cable and cant get anything, the esc is lighting up, the fan turns on and usb cable is ok but just dont seem to get anything? its doing my head in now so any ideas? :cry:

make sure you reset the speedo the factory defaults then set it up again from scratch

Ah :( next q just tried to reset it and cant get anything out of it yellow led is stuck on solid as if its going into set up mode but the other leds wont come on for full throttle, brake ect. tried to get it out of this several times, tried another switch (novak one) still nothing led is stuck on yellow, when i turn it one the blue led flashes quickly then theres a pause and the yellow led comes on, please help racing tommorow :cry: looks like it could of had it

which software are you running now?

Its the one that comes with it, as i said i was trying to update it to the latest 2.8 firmware today before my mate raced it tommorow as we didnt have the chance to do it when he got it

try to reinstall the new software again someone at our club had a similar problem and the new software fixed all the bugs

I have done still cant get anything out of it, the yellow led is now also stuck on when plugged into the pc :mad: looks like i will have to go find some brushed gear for him to race with :o

sorry mate i am out of ideas now with actually beng able to play wth it
