T-FHSS receivers

When using a Futaba T4GRS transmitter do you have to use Futaba branded receivers like the Futaba R304SB-E or can you use an alternative 3rd party receivers? and if 3rd party receivers can be used can anyone recommend one?

I have a couple of cars that I don't use very often so spending £50 on a receiver for them seems a little excessive if there are cheaper alternatives.

I've not seen an aftermarket TFHSS one, just FHSS and SFHSS.

I run a T4GRS too and for my other cars I bought a few R202 and R203GFs. They are SFHSS and work fine with the T4GRS, just a smidge slower (which my thumbs can't even notice) and without telemetry. They're around £24 new for a 202GF.

Theres a few other options too. A HPI RF-11 receiver, can sometimes be found very cheap but not common to buy new. I've got like 4 of these, all work great and I've paid between £15 and £1 for them.

Theres also a Corona R4SF, which cost about £11 delivered. They look a little like a plane receiver but work fine. I've got one but only ever used it in a vintage car at fairly close distances.
