want to upload an excel file or two plus others as I create them so I can share with fellow o0pler's

which site should I use and without fee's?

google has an online version of excel etc that you can use
also, the windows live spaces can be shared between people

Try rapidshare.com. Set up a Collectors account when you first upload something so there's no limit to the number of downloads. The files will stay on there unless it isn't downloaded for 90 days, so just download it yourself every 2 months and it will stay there permanently for free.

Or speedyshare.com. Again free to upload and no waiting for a counter to download it like rapidshare, but it will only stay there for 7 days if no one downloads it.

Your ISP should have given you some free web space, just upload your files there.
