ive recently bought a lazer zx-5 kit version raced it for the first time last month indoors and it seams very twitchy and it seams to handle like a 2wd any ideas? also how do the front caster blocks change the handling?

have you got the right tyres?

What version of the car do you have?

Castor blocks, as with everything else can not be isolated in their effect on performance. The 'rule of thumb' though is

less castor = more turn in .... less mid and late corner steering
more castor = less turn in and more mid / corner exit steering

What surface are you running on? Have you got the one way fitted? I race on polished wood flooring, and the one way is a definate no go...

Alternativly, I too run on carpet and wood floor and always use the one-way (on the shaft)
Take everything everyone says with pinch of salt - not many ane lying, but everybody drives differently...
