Futaba 3GR?

So I need to replace my cheap Absima stick handset ASAP and I am looking at this Futaba 3GR, would it be worth buying? Or is it old and not worth bothering with? At time of posting the link its £61, is that a good price? What's the most to pay for something like this? Any help would be great.

still a good radio deffo better than absima it runs an earlier version 2.4 called FASST
not later FHSS not sure how easy it is go find spare rx now
if you can find one look for T4grs which is the newer version

Thanks Fidspeed, I keep looking at second hand T4GRS's but they change hands around £170 :( although I am thinking I might have to go down that route looking at my options which are pretty limited.

Another great 2nd hand option is the Sanwa Gemini X 2.4
Normally change hands with a receiver for about £100 -£120 but a great stick handset option. Cheaper than the Exzes Z ranges but have loads of the settings

Thanks Kev will keep an eye out for them popping up on ebay / forum

You can get cheap compatible RXs for the 3GR from Hobbyking - the Orange RX range.

I spent ages waiting for a Gemini X to pop up and didn't see one for months so bought a T4GRS, then typically there was a few the following month! Last saw one go for £80 so keep em peeled. :)
