The batch the swedish drivers got their hands on sold out at ones and they seems very happy with its preformance. The brass front bulkhead that is.

Another question though. Since these parts are made for the current rb5, I hope there will be an updated version for the upcoming sp edition. Not the bulk but the rear parts since the sp has got a norrower chassis and longer rear wishbones.

There is no change to the rear end inner hinge pin mount positions on the SP ..... the press release on teh Kyosho America site is incorrect, this has been confirmed many times on rctech by US team drivers .... why the press release has not been corrected I don't know.

These parts will work fine!

Stange they havent corrected it! Is it all wrong then? Where does the extra 2mm fit in then? Different forum perhaps:)

RogerM 03-03-2009 01:01 PM

The rear wishbones are the LA243 (from the ZX5 mid-rear conversion) and are 2mm longer.

That is the difference, obviously the driveshaft bones need to be 2mm longer (62.5 Vs 60.5mm) to keep them engaged in teh correct position.

Hope that helps

For those who run the Ghea Products, is it better to run them with the original plastic suspension bushings or with the optional steel bushings (LAW-39)?
Thanks!

Is it possible to change the caster (25 and 30 degrees) with the GHEA brass front bulkhead like I can with stock bulkhead?

Lee Martin 28-04-2009 05:42 PM

Of course, its works the same as a standard item.
