I have used AVG for the past six months very good.

Avast?

AVG as a general antivirus and spybot search and destroy for spyware. Both of which are awsome.

Avast is the best freebie for viruses.

I tend to change my anti-virus every couple of years at least as trends change, but had avast for ages now. I do extensive research before picking my antivirus so I am very confident in my choices.

For spyware though, I would suggest just using Windows Defender. It's an official Microsoft product and about the best out there, free as well :)

In terms of Anti-Spyware, I recommend Defender too when I have to use a Windows box...

avast had it ages no problems

NOD antivirus is what I use, seems pretty good
