help in getting something for the summer season

Hi guys i`m going have to buy something for the summer season coming up cause i dont have anything to run.
Am going to get the boy a Ansmann Racing Royal Flash just for the ease of it.
And was thinking the same for myself but i would like to be in a class with some other ppl.
Its got to be electric and dont mind if its buggy or truck.
Will even be looking a second hand.
Any help would be great

If its for use at swansea, i would get an rc10t4 or the new assosiated sc10. I think this sort of thing would be best suited to the elba.
If there were a few sc10's there racing i think it would be a great fun class:thumbsup:

If you wanted to buy an Ansmann, I would wait for the Madrat to be released as it will be a far better car than the cars currently in their range.
If it was a ready to run car you were after then there are quite a few better options for you to look at.

4wd :- Tamiya Durga and the Kyosho Lazer ZX-5 are good choices with the Yokomo BMAX being a good budget car but not rtr (?). HPI are also releasing their entry level 4wd which looks to be a good option too.

2wd :- Associated B4rs is probably the only worthy mention here for now. (I am talking about RTR before anybody shouts at me!!)

Truck :- Associated T4rs, Losi Speed-T, XTM X-cellerator, Duratrax Evader, Traxxas Rustler are all ready to go.

With all of these cars you will still need to buy batteries, charger and extra crystals with extra tyre options being a good idea aswell. Hope this helps dude.;)
