broxtowe race meet on saturday 22nd feb. :)
i thought id post a thread of thanks to those who run the midlands Broxtowe 1/10th racing.
it was a good night and i thouroughly enjoyed racing, the track was nice, it was well organised, the guys in charge seemed friendly and laid back and on a whole there were many friendly people there. im sure a group turned up late and that is why a final was forfeited but even so i enjoyed racing there and must thank everyone for being welcoming as new comers to other clubs arent always made as welcome in some cases. so yeah, thanks broxtowe for a good night! p.s (i meant to put 21st of feb not 22nd) Alex whitwam, raced 4wd heat, Pink & purple Tamiya durga. |
Didn't have a final last time either fella, just 3 heats. I think its because its so busy at the moment. Last year I'm sure there were 4 heats in a night (or 3 and a final etc). It was a nice track though.

hi thanks for your comments it's nice to be appreciated:D we do normally run 4 rounds its just due to time constraints we can't run more than 3 rounds with the huge numbers we are getting, it's been nearly 70 for the last month:woot: anything up to 6 heats we will run 4 rounds over that and there is not enough time cheers andy |
