KC friction from belt?
 

I just built a KC with motor in postilion 2, I never owned a belt driven car before.

there is quite lot of friction and belt isnt that tight (about 1/8 in middle of belt) it doesnt spin freely like my previous 3 buggies.

So what the catch ans how can I make it free ?

It should free itself up as soon as you run it, make sure the tension is right tho, about 3-4mm deflection
