Lost contacts

Please can anybody thats got my mobile number send me a text with your name on it so i know who you are.Lost all 300 contacts on my clean i-phone!! I have tried going onto i-tunes to get the contacts but they are nowhere to be seen!! :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
