TBG - Team Blue Groove

Are TBG still trading? I needed a shell and all their stuff has gone off eBay.

Message on the front page of their ebay store says they are shut until 2nd Jan. Try back after then.

Chillout47 31-12-2017 01:27 PM

OK, thanks, I didn't see that.

My experience with TBG bodies is that there always a little small have you tried Steve as penguin if he’s not got it for sale on eBay then just message him to see if he’s got them

I had a Matt Francis XXXT shell from TBG and it is a good repro, but I'll see if Penguin have anything. Thanks for the heads up.

Steve's (Penguin) Xcellerator body for the XX is spot-on - I donated an original un-cut Losi body for use to get the mould produced, I'd say the quality & sharpness of Penguin's moulds are on a par with TBG - with the advantage of actually being the same size as the original so will fit your car just as well as the original would have ;)

Am I being stupid? I can only find carbon parts for cars on their website?

Navek668 08-01-2018 07:31 PM

They’re back on eBay now. Bought a shell yesterday.

Chillout47 09-01-2018 07:19 AM

Sorry, my post wasn't clear. I see that TBG has all their stuff back on eBay, but I wanted to see if Penguin do anything similar and I can't find any bodies on their website, do they only sell through eBay?

Steve(penguin)just sells on ebay,if you can't see what your looking for drop him a message,he has lots of other items that may not be listed at the present time.

Navek668 09-01-2018 08:02 AM

Chillout47 09-01-2018 08:54 AM
