New track Cornwall hayle

I have heard there is or going to be a new track in hayle Cornwall or near hayle does any one know anything

From what I understand the West Coast RC group on Facebook https://m.facebook.com/groups/351709538554799 are planning on setting up a general bash track in Leedstown near Hayle, it’ll be mainly grass/astro (and, i think i heard right that there’s 38 tonnes of new astroturf waiting for this) and any scale will able to use it.
Sadly sounds like a bashing track only.


It’ll be four metres wide, lots of fast corners with jumps to suit every scale, the idea is that it’ll be mainly a bash track with play racing, with serious racing kept to a minimum although we wouldn’t mind restarting 1/5 racing in Cornwall as there’s been no track to cater for them since KORT stopped running 1/5 earlier this year and they haven’t raced 1/5 for at least 3yrs now.
