Soft brakes!

I've got an LRP flow works team with the updated software but the brakes seem to have gone very soft. Any tips for this plz?

Got mine on v3.8 with max brakes and I feel the same. Going to try resetting it all like they say here http://www.rctech.net/forum/radio-el...esnt-work.html
