Trackstar 120a gen2 esc
 

I bought this esc a few weeks ago, and so far it's been very good. I've a few questions if anyone can help me? Is it safe to update the firmware? I've seen many examples on the internet of updating causing issues, such as the esc refusing to recognize the program box after updating. Also I've noticed boost will not work with turbo. Boost on it's own works fine, turbo on it's own works fine but both together and turbo will not activate. I'm running box standard V1 firmware. Thanks.

I used to own 2 of these. I had also read about them not updating properly but decided to do it anyway and it worked without issue.
