Charged Lipo Storage Time
 

Hi All,

Quickie question, how long is it ok to keep 7.4v saddle pack lipos fully charged for?

Had a race meet rained off last week and won't be used until next week!
Ok to leave or should I storage charge and re-charge at the weekend?

Storage charge it.
Fully charged lipos are likely to swell if left without use.

Agreed...! If not used within 24 hours there is a risk of problems. Always best to storage charge Lipos.

Even leaving over night can cause them to start swelling when left full, get into habit of storage charge every time, they will last far longer.
