4 bank charger issue

So, I have a 4 bank charger for banger racing and when I'm running multiple cars, recently channel 2 stopped worked. I took it apart to have a look and couldn't see anything obvious. Tried the multi on the output and its a volt under the input voltage which is strange as the rest are at 0 volts when not in use. http://rclife.co.uk/GT-POWER-X-Drive...attery-Charger this is the charger I have. Any recommendations appreciated, thanks!

still not found a solution to this, does any one have any ideas?

Unfortunately these multi bank chargers are a bit temperamental Bradley. I've got one the same as yours sat in my workshop with 2 channels fine, and 2 channels that still work but the display is so dim it's barely legible.

Only thing I can suggest is test each component in turn and see what readings you get compared to one of the channels that's working okay and you might be able to isolate the fault. Check for bad connections and dry solder joints as well.

Thank you

I think i'm going to give that a go, I still use the working channels as it is alot quicker than charging one pack at a time, just would be better iff i had them all working.

Charger

I have a Kyosho 4 way and had a problem with one output, check that your output plug for the balance board id in properly as you can pull them out slightly when you push and pull the plug in and out. Also check if it works just on charge, if you always balance charge as I had a turnigy one which only charges and not balance charges on one channel, it was the same with the Kyoso with the loose plug.
Hope this gives you a few ides

Found the issue, one of the chips appears to have burnt out causing it no longer to work. One of the chaps at my local club is an electrical engineer and has offered to take a look.
