problem updating hw xr10

have just tried to update the firmware on a new xr10 pro with a wifi module and have hit a problem. after connecting the esc with the wifi module you can see the current firmware version but there is no target version of software to update too (input box is blank).
anyone know why this is happening

What version is currently on there?

If you're using the app can you take a screenshot from your phone?

all sorted, borrowed a program box and downloaded updates from laptop.
