What stuff for me and the bulk?!
 

So me and the bulk are thinking of equipment for the coming season. As we both are still on good old fashioned brushed setups we are finally looking to make the move across to brushless.

In addition, now Lipos are legal, we want to get outselves some of these bad boys.

So the question is, what brushless speedo/motor, lipos and lipos charger should we invest in?

Everyone has their preference as to what motor/speedo marque they run/like. I run a Novak 5.5/GTB combo in my Durga, no problems so far. Other people will have other stories/opinions. There are numerous combos out there like the Novak, LRP/Nosram, Speed Passion, Tekin to name but a few.

Charger wise I quite like the Bantam E-station BC6, they go for about a one-er.

As for cells, Demon Power Products (based in Aldershot), who've been around for donkeys, do their own Lipos, all different capacities and cheaper than the name brands (their 4000 and 5000 lipos appear exactly the same as another leading brand which are blue and have 3 letters to their name)

Alas, The above is what I use and have had (touch wood) no problems thus far.

It all depends on budget/opinion etc, Listen to a few more before you make your choice:lol:
