diffs
 

hi all,
i have just fitted my diffs to my d4 but the gears rub the casing how do i get rid of this??

Some of the very early D4's needed the inside of the diff case Dremelled down to avoid contact with the gears. I did think this was a problem limited to a very small number of cars, guess you just have one of the first batch.:confused:

dremel th bit away in the gear box top as per the supliment sheet with instruction manual
