help...
hello peeps,
Dont suppose anybody can help me on this one. Im now the newsletter editor for the local motor club  And instead of writing out everyones addresses for the envelopes every month, ive got some A4 sheets of address labels to hopefully print onto. So my question is, can i make a table on word or something so that i just enter the addresses and print them off? Ben |
Hi mate
Yeah you can, you need to get this up to set your label parameters. Measure carefully and they come out well. http://www.zen174713.zen.co.uk/label.jpg |
Its Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels/Options/New Label
You will have to have a play around with it but thats how i create mine. |
yeah what the guy above me says it works good work Rich D

You might be able to create a mailmerge document within the labels page you'll have already got to with the great advice above... infact, I know you can.
It may be more work initially to do, but as long as the mailmerge database holds enough info, you'll be able to save time when you come to do other jobs. What may also be an idea, is printing directly onto the envelopes - there are settings to do this in word. Just make sure your printer can do it before trying, and that the gum on the envelopes doesn't cause the printer to implode. |
