How to match cells?
 
I've just bought 18 IB3800 cells unmatched to make into 3 packs. Is there a quick way of matching them using just a charger, smart tray and multimeter?

not realy, not without wasting loads of time, lol, as you realy need to charge and discharge each cell individualy
