Spektrum Receiver Compatability
 

Hi
I have a KO Universe running a Spektrum SM1001 2.4G module.
At present I have a Spektrum receiver SR3001
I would like to swap to micro receiver as the Spektrum receiver is massive!

Does anybody know what receivers are compatible with the Spektrum modules?

IIRC it's only DSM, so only the very basic recievers that are compatible.
Anything DSM2, DSMX or DSMR won't play, unless it supports DSM too.

Even says on the SR3001 page that it's to support the pro series modules.

SR300/301 (same size as your roughly?)
SR3500 (Micro reciever)

Not sure if spektrum still make them, so some trawling of the net will be required

OrangeRx GR300R is another option. I had half a dozen of them, one was dead out of the box, a couple popped after ~18 months use. The rest i sold on when i switched to Sanwa.

Orange gr300 only work with later dsm2 tx not modules there only dsm

sr3500 micro will work with pro series modules

Ok. Just the listing for b the GR300R included DSM.

I'd not be hugely surprised if it wasn't accurate!

I had a gr300 and it didn't work with my pro module :thumbdown: there only cheap you could risk it ?
