Help Needed Urgently Please!!!
 

Hi all

Im a new memeber to this site having recently decided to get back into rc cars following a trip to Bury Metro Club with my Traxxas Slash.

Realised quickly that i needed a buggy and ended up with a kyosho lazer which has a 6.5 turn - on a Venilon speeed controller. I run Asmann 4500MIh packs.

My probelm is my pal has a losi and runs a 3.5t motor and lipos - so yes his car is quciker and that just wont do !!!

So what do i get?

Do i just go 11.1volt lipo?

Or just go for an 7.4v lipo?

How far do i go on the motor? why not just get a 2.5turn motor?

Race night is this Friday at a club in Macclesfield so need to decide quickly and get my order in today !!!

Any help really appreciated of course - i cant think i dont just get 11.1voly lipo with a 2.5turn motor ????
