10electric, Cullingworth booking in Fri 13th Jan 2017

Hi all.

Please use this thread to book in for racing on Friday.

Unfortunately we need to put a cap of 25 drivers in place to make sure we have enough time for 4 rounds and a final. New drivers allowed to race three times after which you must acquire BRCA.

We should be able to have the heats sorted and we will want to start racing at bang on 7. So track building is the priority.

We need more volunteers to collectively help build / dismantle the track, this also applies at the end of the evening putting away the track. So please help, we get more racing in and get to go home at a reasonable time. Don't leave it to the same individuals to do the honours.

Please refrain from practicing until the track has been built.

The deadline for booking in is 9pm Thursday evening, heat listings will be compiled after this time. If you say you are coming then change your mind for what ever reason, you must let me know as this affects everyone else & the heats will not be evenly balanced,

Doors normally open at 6.30pm.

Someone will be there for 6:15 ish, so anyone wanting to HELP with the track can get there for then.

1/10th Buggies, indoors, carpet, slippy floor and jumps. Family friendly and good fun club level racing.

Address:
Cullingworth Village Hall
Station Road
Cullingworth
Bradford
BD13 5HN.

2WD Priority
1 Paul Kemp
2 Simon kemp
3 Shawn Dobson
4 Steve Kirk
5 Dave Bell
6 Neal Lewis
7 Craig Tillotson
8 Jim Furniss
9 Blake Muzyka
10 Evyn Muzyka

25 Drivers max
Driver numbers now limited to 25 at Cullingworth village hall, this is due to the venue size. Larger numbers are more difficult to manage in the tight pitting areas, also getting 4 rounds and a final and finishing on time becomes easier to manage.

Need 5 more drivers ideally to make this worth putting on. I'll be running it again as both John and Nori can't make it unfortunately.

Is something else going on this weekend, there's not many people on the list? Fingers crossed for a late surge of people

Mini 12-01-2017 07:30 PM

I need the stick time

Why don't we all pay £5 if there's not enough people to cover the hall. I certainly don't mind doing that + everyone will get more track time

yeah that's fine, we can do that if we don't break even. its quiet with a few regulars busy, but we'll keep it going.

Cool, I don't mind paying a little more of our means we can still race. That n we'll get more track time anyway so it'll be worth it. Best get some batteries charged n ready then :)
