Removing old electrics and servo question

My XX has a my old speedo and reciever in it and they feel welded in :) what's the best way to get them out without breaking them assume it's double sided tape.

Also will the old servo in it work with newer electrics 2.4ghz and brushless stuff?

My advice use a small flat head screwdriver
Gently separate from chassis
Clean up chassis once removed

Your servo should be fine as your esc should be supplying the right voltage to the receiver and then the receiver onto the servo, only thing is it may feel a bit slow compared to some of the newer stuff

I've run my old analog servos on new digital receivers with no issues

Some people have problems with glitches or false centering

Will be leaving the old receiver in for now as don't have a decent 2.4 set yet. Will the speed work ok with and old receiver and servo
