Tim's DIY airbrush Endeavours
I thought I'd post a couple of shells on here that I've painted for critical review and comment.
Personally I think I scored the liquid mask too hard, and I tried to make the tapers too fine, which didn't work too well. I'm really enjoying the painting, so hopefully I can continue to develop... Any comments or tips gratefully received... https://3cb5aw-bn1306.files.1drv.com...&cropmode=none |
And another couple... Went a bit heavy with the white hex pattern on these I think...

Really good, large hex is spot on, smaller hex is a bit to bold could do with fading it out a bit more but still good work, keep it up and post them up👍

So you finally got them done, well done. Biggest advice take ya time never rush them.

Crikey Tim you were only asking about airbrushes a few days ago and here you are with quite adventurous looking paint jobs........ I know nothing about painting, it seems a "black art" to me, but those shells look really good..
Well done. |
looking dead good!

Thanks chaps. I'll take them comments on board. These were done with the free airbrushes that came with my compressor. They've been consumed to the bin now as they were dreadfully inconsistent, and only worked with load of pressure... hence the airbrush shopping questions last week... Onwards and upwards!

Looking good Tim, you'd never tell you've just started.
