Which must have hopups for the B6

Hi all

Ordering my B6 soon and was wondering if there are any must have extras for it. At the moment it will be indoors on carpet.

So thinking more along the line of weight etc but let me know if there is anything else needed :)

Thanks
Michael

The aluminium servo horn is the only must have item I can think of. The rest of the kit is excellent. Things like the weight inserts and different bulkheads can certainly help but they aren't essential in my opinion.

The Aluminum D mount for more tuning options, and an aluminum servo horn. I also bought the Brass front Bulkhead, Lipo weights, and the aluminum esc and servo weight

I haven't built mine yet but from what I've read they seem solid. I have read that the steering can get a little loose after a while. Out the box I'm going to be using the JC setup. And to stop the spur from rubbing I've got the spur guard.

Super, thanks guys.

Scott, with the Lipo weights, are you using them with normal or low profile lipos? I run full size Orion 5000's would they still be needed?

Thanks
Michael

I found mine is easier to drive on high grip with the weights in. I've got the steel front weights, brass bulk head and the under lipo weight.

Other stuff I've got:

Fox shock bodies, machined Pistons, brass and aluminum front bulk heads, carbon battery brace, aluminum D mount, XB2 front wing, aluminum steering rack and bell cranks, vented slipper, hard arms and aluminum servo horn.

I'm using Full size Lipos Orion 4500 100c
