BRCA Membership Renewal Question

Hi All,

I renewed my BRCA 2 weeks ago, payment has left my account, but I haven't received my new membership card yet......

How long does it normally take to receive the new card through the post?

My card arrived in a couple of days , maybe delayed in Christmas post?

Could be 2 reasons ;

1; A lot more post than normal for Royal Mail
2; They could be busy at BRCA with a lot of memberships I had mine back in 3 days
