tyre glue

HI All
Can anybody recommend a good tyre glue. I preffer glue that is thin and runs round the wheel freely.

Over the years I have been using 2 different glues which were very user friendly and I could literally lift the tire at 1 point pour in the glue and it would go half way round the wheel in seconds and then I would flip the wheel and pour glue in from the opposite point and job done, recently I am still using the same glues BUT I the glue doesn't run???

I need to go round every millimeter of the wheel with the glue as the glue does not run round freely, I also need to squeeze the living daylights out of the tube to get the glue out???

Has something changed that I have missed???

Help please.

Nothing wrong with your technique, I do the same. You just need Corally thin tyre glue, very thin and simply awesome:

Alternate might be RDRP which I have used successfully as well.

101999 - HPI Ultra-CA Tyre Glue (20g)

Great stuff £3.79 a bottle really thin runs as you said. Also comes with a pin top designed for unblocking the nozzle which invariably happens.

Having never glued a tyre in my life I bought this stuff and it worked a treat and is thin

You could try "ZAP CA " super glue , it comes in a pink bottle and tends to be super runny , beware though as you probably will end up glued to the tyre as the stuff has a habit of actively seeking out skin and bonding to it twice as quick as it would anything else

Bob Smiths is what i use and never use anything else

This is a very thin glue that you will find no problem with it running around your tyres ;It also bonds within a few seconds and super hold super strength. I have had a part of a tyre come from the rim in 7 years and this was probably where i re missed the glueing in the first place

Zap CA

Found the Zap CA glue at my nearest model shop so thought I would give it a go whilst waiting for the others in the post, found it really good, happy with the way it ran round the bead and everywhere else, LMAO but all good stuck solid within a few minutes

Overall I liked it

Now waiting for the others:thumbsup:
