running a centre diff
 

tm4 ,,,i tried running a centre diff tonite indoors and slippy polish and carpet.i run it 7k/50k/3.5k. i know most say for out doors but i did like the smooth ness,yet was a little more powerfull on the rear than i liked.i would have prefered a bit more front traction.so do i go up or down on the centre or rear diffs?

With very few exceptions I run 10k/500k/10k. Sometimes I will go down to 7k in the rear.

I run the center diff everywhere.

You are too low in the front. Try 15/50/5. That might suit you better.

A centre diff is not really for outdoors, it's for low grip. I rarely used mine on high grip outdoors, usually low grip indoors.
