Absima CR4T: Any good?
 

New to RC & looking for Radio that can convert to lefty.
Ive had the Spectrum sets recommended, but the only lefty (DX4R)
is a bit pricey for a 1st radio (£240) & the older DX3R are rare & still
£100-£140.
So has anyone got/used the Absima CR4T or has any thoughts on it, or
the Absima brand ?

I came back to RC approx 3yrs ago. I had Absima cr3p for first 12m which I thought was great then got a 2nd hand cr4t. Lots of settings and adjustability. Easy to use.
Only 2 issues I had were the foam on the wheel perished, but I replaced it with the jconcepts foam and it was great. Other issue was when I first got the cr4t the range was poor, but Absima were brilliant and replaced it for me even though I'd bought it 2nd hand.
also, receivers pretty cheap, and can use the frsky receivers and they are very low priced.

I know I switched to Sanwa, but I have to say I was very happy with my Absima stuff and I can't be sure the Sanwa is worth the 3x higher price tag

Thanks, pretty much backs up what read/found previously that most peeps seem to have been happy with them.
I'm sure a lot a the settings will not be needed by me (just yet) but all the lefty convert-able Tx's seem to be the all singing & dancing types.
