Can I just swap Novak rotors over?

Hi,

I have a Novak Velociti 3.5 sintered and a Velociti 5.5 bonded, and basically I want to know if I can just take the sintered from the 3.5 and slap it in the 5.5 without problems such as cogging at slow speeds etc?

I could just try this, but I'm being lazy I suppose. And why bother if someone knows right?

I know the LRP ones come in different lengths of rotor and the long ones will cog at low speeds in a 5.5 X11. Are the Novak ones similar?

Thanks in advance.

They can be swapped between all the velocity range from Novak.

Sintered rotor will help prevent clogging in sensorless systems. I have used a 5.5L sintered with a tekin R1 sensorless esc and it worked A1.

Cheers guys.

That's really good to know.

Happy racing.
